About the Event
Mt. Hood Cultural Center and Museum (MHCCM) will hold its next Social History Happy Hour on February 17, starting at 7:00pm (doors open at 6:30) at the Museum in Government Camp. Guest speaker will be Lowell Skoog, author of Written in the Snows: Across Time on Skis in the Pacific Northwest. The book won the FWSA Western Ski Heritage Award in 2022 and is the definitive book on the origins and growth of skiing in Washington.
