Fireside Holiday Party & Auction

Fireside is Skiyente's holiday party. We celebrate the season with sharing, caring, and jolly merriment. It is also where our big fundraiser, the Holiday Drawing/Auction takes place. It will be held at Ellsworth Springs Condos Clubhouse in Vancouver.  Please RSVP so we know how many people will be coming.

ABOUT THE HOLIDAY DRAWING

Holiday Drawing tickets will be for sale at the event. Price is $5 per ticket, 3 for $10, 7 for $20. Have cash ready!  We also have Venmo. Our online auction will be open to all so let your friends, family and co-workers know about it.  Silent Auction items will be available only to those who come to Fireside.  Get a great deal and help our charities at the same time.

ABOUT FUNDRAISER DONATIONS AND AUCTION ITEMS

We are accepting donations NOW!!  If possible we would like to receive items by NOVEMBER 30th and if you are donating auction items, please make arrangments to get items to Skiyente by emailing/texting/calling Barb at BP2Ski@gmailcom, 503.267.9522 or deliver to Sandi Shaub, 503-201-6964.  Skiyente elves have already received Timbers and Thorns Tickets, Oaklely Goggles, Skiwear, Skibowl passes, Ski the Glade Tickets, Huckleberry Inn Accommadations, themed baskets with lots of goodies and fun local adventures such as Mushroom Foraging.

• A pair of wrapped winter socks for the give exchange
• Food item to donate to the Food Bank

ABOUT THE DRINKS 

The club will provide non-alcoholic beverages. BYOB for yourself or to share.

ABOUT THE SOCKS 

Bring a wrapped pair of winter socks you would want on your feet - ski socks would fit the bill! We will draw numbers and you can opt to open a package or steal one that has already been opened. Consider spending around $25 so all are about equal in value.

ABOUT THE FOOD DRIVE

 Bring nutritious food items that have current expiration dates. We will deliver to either the Clark County or Oregon Food Bank. 

ABOUT THE ONLINE AUCTION

Skiyente will send you a link when we go live a few days before 12/9/23 so you may preview items.  Auction will go live Saturday, 12/9 in the AM.  It will close at 7:30 PM on Tuesday, 12/12/23.
