Whether you’re carving down black diamonds or enjoying scenic touring trails, skiing demands strength, balance, mobility, and mental focus. This one-hour yoga class is designed to help you move better on the mountain—and recover more fully afterwards.
The class blends targeted mobility work, functional strength, and mindful breath techniques to enhance skiing performance and reduce injury risk. You’ll move through sequences that open the hips, hamstrings, quads, and lower back, strengthen the core and glutes, and improve balance and proprioception for confident turns. Upper-body mobility is included to support efficient pole plants and good posture.
Each session ends with restorative stretches and breathwork to ease tension and support faster recovery, so you’re ready for your next run.
